At Wolter, we are on the hunt for a high-energy, self-starting Account Manager ready to take charge and grow their own book of business. If you are passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and offering top-of-the-line standby power generators and energy solutions, this is the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

Our Standby Power team supports a wide range of industries, and we make sure our employees have the support, tools, and opportunities they need to thrive.
What You’ll Do:
Proactively develop new business through cold calling, networking, and onsite visits.
Maintain and grow relationships with an existing customer base.
Analyze customer needs and recommend the best energy solutions from our premier lineup of generators and battery systems.
Collaborate closely with our expert inside sales, service, and technical teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Stay ahead of the curve through ongoing product training and development opportunities.
Help businesses stay operational and resilient with best-in-class standby power solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
A go-getter with at least 4 years of field sales experience in an industrial or technical environment.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
A relationship builder who can connect with customers and earn trust quickly.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a drive to exceed goals.
Willingness to dive deep into product knowledge – both ours and the competition’s.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation with proof of insurance, and a desire to work remotely while actively developing the territory.
Bonus Points For:
An Associate’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Sales certifications (like CAMH) or prior experience with energy-related products.
