ANDRITZ AG in the Western United States is seeking a seasoned Service Account Manager to grow and protect top customer relationships within the pulp and paper service portfolio. This remote-based role blends strategic account leadership with hands-on client engagement.

You will identify opportunities, coordinate with engineering and service teams, lead meetings and reviews, and maintain territory plans. Travel up to 80% to mills and facilities across the region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry.
• Knowledge of ANDRITZ Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service product lines.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory (approximately 80%).

• Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within the pulp and paper industry.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience within the pulp and paper industry.
• Knowledge of ANDRITZ Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service product lines.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory (approximately 80%).

Preferred

• Sales, business development, or account management experience within the pulp and paper industry.
• Established relationships with paper industry customers throughout the Western United States.
• Demonstrated success driving sales growth and meeting territory objectives.
• Experience supporting industrial manufacturing or process industries.

Working Environment

This home-office-based position requires frequent travel to customer sites, mills, and manufacturing facilities throughout the Western United States. When visiting customer facilities, employees may be exposed to industrial environments including varying temperatures, dust, noise, moving equipment, and production operations. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
