We’re looking for a
Sales & Account Manager for the Houston, TX area who thrives in fast-moving retail environments, who knows how to sell into independent and small chain stores, build lasting relationships, and hustle for growth. You’ll be the face of MoneyGram in your territory, owning the full sales cycle and helping local retailers bring a high-value financial service to their customers.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new retail acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and onboard independent retailers and small chains.
- Build strong partnerships: Be a trusted advisor, helping retailers maximize in-store performance.
- Hit the street: This is a field-based role where your time is spent face-to-face, not behind a desk.
- Activate & grow: Support stores post-launch to increase transaction volume and customer reach.
- Report & optimize: Analyze performance, uncover insights, and continuously raise the bar.
Who You Are
- Minimum Required: BA/BS degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- A seasoned field sales professional with 5+ years of B2B experience, ideally in CPG, payments, telecom, or financial services targeting independent or ethnic retail
- Skilled in territory management and consultative selling.
- Strategic yet hands-on — you thrive in the field and know how to close.
- Organized, tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, CRM tools), and ready to hit the ground running.

This role covers the Columbus, OH area with up to 50% travel

Anticipated Base Pay: Starting at $85,000+ and participation in our uncapped sales incentive plan. We are open to going significantly higher based on your experience and skill set
