Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time sales/route position in California. The role starts early with a 6am shift, offering medical, dental, vision, retirement and vacation benefits.

Local routes include Red Bluff and surrounding communities, with an hourly pay rate of 27–29 USD plus a monthly incentive bonus. You will work to achieve monthly sales goals, execute promotions at retail, manage inventory, and ensure product freshness and optimal shelf placement while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0–2 years related experience or HS Diploma with 3–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older per state requirements.
• Reliable automobile transportation and valid driver's license with insurance required.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs with keg products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, communicating pricing and promotions and coordinating displays and events.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience

Position Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution


• Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities


• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards


• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts


• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues


• Monitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact


• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience


• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.


• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.


• The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.
