Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in California seeks a full-time route and customer service representative starting at 4 AM, Monday through Friday. You will be the primary contact for customers in Ridgecrest, Bishop and surrounding communities, selling, writing orders, providing merchandising services and growing business accounts.

Responsibilities include improving internal metrics, ensuring on-shelf availability, and stocking product displays and POS materials across accounts to promote the portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds as needed.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $33 plus monthly incentives

Position Responsibilities

• Primary contact for customers within an assigned area who sells, writes orders, provides merchandising services and grows business accounts
• Improve internal metrics scorecards and customer on-shelf availability
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ordering products for customers andpromoting the company’s product portfolio by keeping beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points ofavailability properly stockedaccording tocompany standards
• May be assigned to several types of channels, i.e., Large Store, Small Store and Drug/Convenience within an assigned area
• Assist the Territory Manager with adjusting CGR team assignments, covering open CGR routes and training and developing team members
• Sell and execute promotions,secure placement of displays, equipment and use point-of-sale (POS) materials to grow share of visual inventory in each account
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds as needed
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
