Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Naperville is seeking a full-time sales professional for the Naperville territory. The role requires 1–3 years of related experience or 4–5+ years with a HS diploma, a 7am start, and involves driving and lifting up to 50 lbs—up to 175 lbs for keg handling.

You will pursue sales goals, execute promotions, manage inventory, and coordinate displays while benefiting from a robust benefits package and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of related experience or HS diploma with 4–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, driving record, and valid driver license with adequate auto insurance.
• Employee must lift products 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs when handling keg products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives and acquire new business while maintaining established distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; coordinate displays and point-of-sale materials.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage accurate inventory to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact and freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Salary: $53,568 - $66,960 plus monthly incentive bonus/MOTUS

Position Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution
• Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues
• Monitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.
