Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, a leading beverage provider, is seeking a full-time Sales/Route position in Lombard, IL. The role runs Monday–Friday, starting at 7am, with a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, executing promotions, planning visits, and maintaining inventory and product freshness at accounts. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable car, and be able to lift heavy product as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years of related experience or HS Diploma/ GED with 4–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage as required by law.
• Employee must be able to lift 25 lbs to 50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs when handling keg product.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, communicate pricing and promotions, coordinate displays and POS materials.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact and freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Salary: $53,568 - $66,960 plus monthly incentive bonus/MOTUS

Position Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution
• Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues
• Monitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.
