Job Title: Account Manager
Pay Range: $70,000-$100,000 per year
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Shift: 1st (7:00am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm)
Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for acquiring new customers and growing business with existing customers, resulting in increased sales revenue, market share, and profitability. Key activities include relationship building, customer service, developing and implementing sales promotions and special events, monitoring customer and market activity, and recommending new or improved growth strategies. This position offers opportunities for leadership development as the company expands.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Sales & Key Account Management
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage a sales portfolio with strategic pricing, product positioning, and customer communications.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, association events, and industry forums.
  • Forecast sales demand based on market intelligence and customer insights; maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity; collaborate with leadership to develop proactive strategies.
  • Serve as a liaison and advocate for key accounts, resolving escalated issues related to RMAs.
