Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time Route Sales Representative in the Los Angeles area. The role starts early each morning, with routes covering Sylmar and surrounding communities.

You will earn an hourly rate of $30.17 plus sales incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include hitting sales targets, executing in-store promotions, coordinating POS materials, and ensuring product quality and proper dating.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0–2 years of related experience or HS with 3–5+ years in sales/related field.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have reliable car, valid license, and adequate auto insurance.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs with keg product.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives and expand customer base.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, coordinating displays and promotions.
• Maintain compliance with product quality and dating standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory to minimize stockouts and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and shelf impact for freshness and visibility.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution
• Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues
• Monitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.
