We’re seeking a self-motivated RemoteSales Account Manager for a flexible packaging manufacturer. This individual will play a key role in expanding market presence and building strong, long-term client relationships across the U.S. and Canada. You must be able to travel up to 50% of the time and attend trade shows and conferences.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive new business and revenue growth across a defined territory
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, closing, and delivery
  • Contribute to strategic planning, market research, and competitive analysis
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Support internal collaboration and uphold high standards of quality and client service
  • Meet or exceed agreed upon sales quota
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, science, or technology
  • 3+ years’ experience with B2B consultative sales and business development
  • Experience with custom packaging or flexible pouch packaging required
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with CPG, brand development, and marketing strategies is preferred
  • Comfortable navigating complex, high-value sales environments
  • Experience working with international suppliers or companies selling into the U.S. market
