Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a field-based sales representative to cover the Denver to Fort Collins area. The role focuses on off-premise convenience stores and Walmart channels, with salary plus incentives and mileage reimbursement.

You will drive sales, build retailer relationships, execute promotions, and ensure optimal product placement and inventory across accounts. This is a full-time position with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or 4–5+ years related experience).
• Must be at least 21 years old and have reliable auto transportation.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance meeting state requirements.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg handling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and grow distribution for off‑premise, convenience stores, and Walmart accounts.
• Execute promotions, communicate pricing, manage displays and POS materials.
• Plan regular sales visits and maintain inventory to minimize stock issues.
• Monitor product placement and ensure product freshness in stores.
• Engage in other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

• This role is salary based plus incentives and also receives mileage reimbursement for using your personal vehicle.

Position Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution
• Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues
• Monitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.
