Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring a full-time Route Sales Associate to serve Fairfield, American Canyon, Napa, Vallejo and surrounding communities. Shift is Monday–Friday with a 5am–6am start.

You will meet monthly sales goals, execute promotions at retail, manage inventory and ensure product freshness. Must have a Bachelor’s degree or substantial related experience, be at least 21, possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and be able to lift up to 175 lb on occasion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0–2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/GE with 3–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license plus reliable auto transportation.
• Able to lift products from 25 lbs to 50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg product.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and acquire new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute promotions at retail and coordinate displays, pricing, and promotions.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts; monitor inventory to minimize stockouts.
• Monitor product placement and shelf impact to ensure freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00 - $34.58 plus monthly incentives

Position Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution
• Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues
• Monitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.
