The Sales Account Executive (SAE) is a pivotal role dedicated to driving revenue, expanding market share, and fueling organizational growth. Beyond simply closing deals, the SAE is responsible for cultivating long-term client relationships, conducting strategic market research, and optimizing the overall efficiency of the sales pipeline. An effective SAE must be comfortable with a dual‑pronged approach to lead management; proactively identifying new business opportunities by re‑engaging "cold" leads or initiating contact with untapped potential customers and managing "warm" leads generated through various channels. Ultimately, the SAE is expected to consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while working collaboratively across the sales organization to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Commission, paid weekly on a Monday‑Sunday schedule, with payment made on the second Friday after the sales week closes.
