Role Overview:

The Sales Account Executive will manage client accounts and business opportunities within the West Coast region for Eurofins Environment Testing, including Specialty, Federal Programs, and Commercial Business Units. The role focuses on maximizing market share, profitability, and capacity utilization, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and acquiring new accounts to support business growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Meet and exceed revenue goals for the assigned region and market sectors.
  2. Utilize CRM tools effectively for client management and follow-up.
  3. Build and sustain productive relationships with clients and internal teams.
  4. Promote Eurofins' capabilities to potential clients to enhance sales opportunities.
  5. Develop sales forecasts, account plans, and strategies for market penetration.
  6. Review credit statuses and monitor accounts receivable.
  7. Negotiate contracts and pricing, develop master service agreements.
  8. Identify and qualify leads, track sales activities, and close deals.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and market intelligence.
  10. Coordinate with operational teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
  11. Travel 50% across the West Coast is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Sciences or related field.
  • 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a service industry, preferably with lab or environmental exposure.
  • Residence on the West Coast.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in sales planning, prospecting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, plus bonus potential. Full-time, exempt position with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and more.
