Title: Account Executive

Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

Salary Range:$45,000 - $52,000 + Commission

Commission Range:$25,000 - $30,000 (estimate; commission is not capped)

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales Team and use a value-based approach to add new business opportunities to our customer portfolio.

In this position, you’ll assume ownership over a dedicated territory, operating as a solutions-oriented consultant who can align key stakeholders around an initiative for change and guide them swiftly and smoothly through their buying process. You’ll be tasked with prospecting to identify ideal targets, building a case for change through in-depth needs analyses and product walkthroughs, gaining buy-in from an executive sponsor, and ultimately leading the client through contracting and onboarding in accordance with an agreed-upon timeline.

You may be a good fit for this role if:

  • You would be described as honest, optimistic, and invested in your customer’s best interests.
  • You have a knack for patiently breaking down difficult concepts into easy-to-understand terms.
  • You hunger for an opportunity in which growth, continuous improvement, and ample learning / coaching opportunities are prioritized.
  • You’re goal-oriented and exhibit a tenacious internal drive for achievement, and you long to exhibit that drive in a supportive, team-first environment.
  • You’re not looking for just another sales job—you’re genuinely excited and energized by this opportunity to help keep kids safe when they're away from home, as well as your potential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with leads via email, phone, and video conferencing platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams)
  • Conduct engaging, well-tailored discovery calls and software demonstrations for potential customers
  • Assist multiple stakeholders in answering complex product and process questions
  • Partner with buyers through their purchasing cycle, understanding their needs and requirements, and aligning our solution appropriately
  • Communicate each customer’s goals, vision, and ideal setup with other internal team members
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue quotas

Required Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Success in orchestrating opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers
  • Solid understanding of value-based selling (vs. feature-based selling)
  • Experience in territory development and sales forecasting highly preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market dynamics, adjusting sales strategies to meet evolving customer needs and business objectives.
  • Proficient with Customer Relationship Management tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset, excited to tackle new opportunities and embrace the challenges and changes that come with them

Excited? We can’t wait to hear from you!

If you like what you’ve seen so far, we feel compelled to boast that:

  • We have an office dog named Munki. He is soft and little.
  • Our office pantry is stocked with delicious snacks.
  • We made our boss a Paper Plate Award that says “You’re pretty cool” and it has frog stickers on it.

So throw your hat in the ring – we’d love to meet you!

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
