Role Overview: Corporate Visions is seeking to add a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive with a proven track record in sales training or adjacent markets to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong prospecting skills, excellent presentation abilities, and the ability to drive new and existing business opportunities from initial contact to closing deals with senior decision makers. This position is fully remote and can be based anywhere within our open sales territories in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect, Engage, and Close Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, targeting mid-market and enterprise-level clients.
  2. Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to understand their business challenges and align our sales training solutions with their goals.
  3. Present our comprehensive suite of sales training programs, including strategic selling, negotiation, account planning, and sales management, to C-level executives and sales leaders.
  4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  5. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound efforts, leveraging internal lead generation, marketing campaigns, and industry events.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales Operations, Delivery) to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful training execution.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and new opportunities to position our solutions effectively.
  8. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in B2B sales training, consulting, or SaaS space.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage sales activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the sales training or performance improvement industry, familiar with leading sales methodologies.
  • Knowledge of sales technology and enablement tools.

  • Strong Business Acumen to understand complex challenges and articulate solutions.
  • Results-Driven with a history of exceeding targets and closing complex deals with senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
