This results-oriented professional excels in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. With strong sales acumen and a passion for exceeding revenue targets, this individual will play a key role in driving the company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities:- Full Sales Cycle Management:Lead the sales process from prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing new business.
- New Business Development:Grow gross revenue of$2MM+by identifying and developing new client relationships in the dietary supplement contract manufacturing space.
- Client Management:Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Revenue Growth:Execute strategies to exceed sales targets and drive new business growth consistently.
- Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including production, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:- Experience:1-3 years of experience in sales within the contract manufacturing industry (preferred). Proven success in generating new product revenue.
- B2BSales Expertise:Strong track record of managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Client Focus:Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust-based relationships and a keen understanding of client needs.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
