WMOR in Tampa, FL, part of Hearst Television, seeks an entry-level Sales Account Associate to join a comprehensive 9–12 month training program. You will learn all facets of local television sales, work with top producers, and report to the Sales Manager as you prepare for advancement to an Account Executive role.

You will develop skills in proposals, client presentations, and campaign delivery while collaborating with multiple teams to support sales success.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and able to maintain complex spreadsheets
• In-person attendance is required
• Must be focused, organized and have an enterprising spirit to become a media sales account executive in 9–12 months
• Related military experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Assist the development of sales proposals, advertising packages, and client presentations
• Create supportive marketing materials for the sales department
• Prepare proposals based on account executive requests
• Communicate with teams (sales, production, finance) and external clients on campaign performance and delivery
• Enter and maintain all orders including electronic transfer and WOCentral orders to WideOrbit
• Manage sales database
