Job summary

Honey Bucket Inc., a division of Northwest Cascade, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Bay Area, CA. This full-time role involves building a new territory, closing new accounts, and growing revenue through proactive relationship-building with contractors, site managers, and project leaders.

Commission is uncapped and a company truck is provided. You’ll develop your own territory, work with hands-on support, and be rewarded for performance as you ramp up.

Qualifications

• This role is part sales, part production—the mix can vary week to week.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Comfortable with physical, dirty work and independent field work.
• Basic computer skills (email, GPS, MS Office).
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

• Spanish-speaking is a plus
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records.
• Must be able to travel for required company-paid training and have or obtain acceptable identification for domestic air travel before departure, such as a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, valid passport, or other TSA-accepted identification.

What You’ll Get

Compensation

• Our top Outside Sales Reps earned $86,000–$125,000 in 2025.
• Most new reps will earn less in their first year while building their territory, pipeline, and customer relationships. The reps who prospect hard, close business, and grow their accounts begin reaching those earnings as their territory matures.
• At Honey Bucket, the more you sell, the more we love to pay you. Commission is uncapped.
