Job summary

Sadler's Home Furnishings in Anchorage is hiring a Sales Associate to welcome customers, listen to their needs, and help them find the best home furnishings.

No prior sales experience is required; training is provided. You can earn a guaranteed $2,000 per two-week pay period during the first 120 days, plus potential commissions after that, with a special $1,000 bonus now and $1,000 later.

Qualifications

• Prior selling experience a plus but not required.
• Ability to listen and understand the customer’s needs.
• Succeed in a team environment, yet able to work independently.
• Ability to learn POS system and general computer programs
• Able to be mobile on the showroom floor, frequently walking, bending, sitting, and kneeling.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends and holidays such as Memorial Day and Labor Day.
• Pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing and background check.

If you have the right personality and skills Sadler’s will provide training on our products and how to help our customers make the best buying decisions. You’ll earn $2,000 per two-week pay period guaranteed during your initial 120 days with us.

After 120 days you can choose to either remain on the $2,000 per two-week pay period guarantee or earn commissions on your sales.
