Crumbl is seeking a Morning Baker / Crew Member to join our early-shift team in Salem. You will help prepare cookies, welcome guests, and set the store up for a successful day.

Shifts run roughly 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM with Friday and Saturday required. No professional baking experience needed; we train you. Earn $17-$20 per hour including tips, average about $18 per hour, with opportunities for full-time or part-time work.

Crumbl Morning Baker / Crew Member

Love cookies, early mornings, and starting your day with a team that brings great energy? Crumbl is looking for dependable, motivated team members to join our morning baking crew! You'll help prepare the day's cookies, welcome our first guests, and set the store up for a successful day.

This position is focused on morning shifts from approximately 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Availability on both Friday and Saturday is required.

Pay and Schedule

Earn $17-$20 per hour, including tips, with team members averaging approximately $18 per hour.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Applicants must have dependable, year-round availability and be able to consistently arrive for shifts beginning at 6:00 AM.

What You'll Do

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation to work for a 6:00 AM start. This is an active position that requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
