  • Required: Securities Licensed (Series 7 & 66) and Life Insurance Licensed
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., FINRA and SIPC requirements) and a commitment to ethical, fiduciary-oriented advice.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM tools, and standard office applications to document, track, and manage client information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; relevant licenses (such as Series 7 and 66 or equivalent) or ability to obtain them within a defined timeframe.
  • Prior experience in financial advising, wealth management, or a related financial services role is preferred, especially in a planning-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain high professional standards.
