Job summary

Brillect is seeking top Accounting professionals for the Elevate Program, a fulltime, salaried consulting track designed to broaden finance and operations experience over a 2–3 year rotation. You’ll rotate across Corporate & Technical Accounting, Financial & Regulatory Reporting, FP&A, and Risk/Operations, gaining hands-on projects, coaching, and cross-team exposure to accelerate your next leadership step.

Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Data Analytics and 1–7 years public accounting preferred;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics.
• 1–7 years of public accounting experience (Audit or Tax).
• CPA preferred, not required.
• Adaptability, curiosity, and a desire to learn.
• Strong client service orientation and professionalism.
• High career ambition, coachability and a growth mindset.

• Internal and management reporting
• Regulatory reporting

Finance & FP&A

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Planning and analysis
• Data analytics (Tableau, Power BI)

Risk, Audit & Operations

• Internal audit and risk management
• Systems analysis and implementation
• M&A integration and due diligence

You’ll gain hands‑on experience across multiple disciplines—building a toolkit that positions you for leadership roles in corporate finance, accounting, operations, or consulting.
