MIXT in Santa Monica is seeking passionate Salad Makers to join our growing team. If you love connecting over delicious food, delivering standout guest experiences, and thriving in a fast-paced restaurant environment, you’ll fit right into our people-first culture.

You’ll prepare guest, catering, and online orders to spec, keep the line fully stocked, maintain a clean workspace, and assist with prep, restocking, knife safety, and closing tasks.

Responsabilités

• Prepare guest, catering, and online orders to spec.
• Keep the line fully stocked and ready throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards.
• Assist in prep work, restocking, and keeping utensils/bowls clean.
• Help close the day by cleaning and organizing the salad line, prep tables, and equipment.
• Follow knife safety protocols and learn seasonally changing menu.
• Adhere to uniform policy and maintain a polished appearance.
• Take on additional tasks as needed by your manager.
