ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed Sonny's BBQ franchisee, is hiring for back-of-house team members. The role focuses on food preparation, kitchen duties, and maintaining a clean workspace. You will join a fast-paced environment that values reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Constant ability to push, pull, lift, carry and move up to 20 pounds.
• Team Members exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for salad bar as per food preparation guidelines.
• Prepare food items such as corn bread.
• Maintain the cooler in clean condition and restocks it as needed.
• Use a blade chopper for food preparation.
• Use kitchen equipment.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties including mopping of general area.
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned.

General Purpose

Essential Duties (may Include, But Not Limited To)
