PM Prep Cook – Cattlemens Restaurants

Salary: $19-$22/hour depending on experience and location.

As a PM Prep Cook, you’ll play a vital role in preparing fresh, high‑quality ingredients that help our cooks and servers deliver the exceptional food and hospitality we’re known for.

What You’ll Do

• Quickly, efficiently, and consistently prepare fresh food items according to Cattlemens recipes and standards.
• Ensure adequate quantities of ingredients are ready to support service and maintain smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist cooks by keeping the line stocked, organized, and ready for peak hours.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized prep area.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction by supporting the kitchen and service teams in delivering outstanding meals.
