  • Familiarity with ARMS recruiting database and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct daily practices during the season.
  • Coach athletes throughout competition.
  • Manage year-round recruiting and maintain prospect database via ARMS software.
  • Counsel student‑athletes with a focus on personal development and academic excellence (minimum 3.0 GPA expected).
  • Collaborate with the Head Alpine Coach to supervise the Kelley Ski Center.
  • Manage program budget, equipment, and travel planning.
  • Serve as event manager for non-Championship segment competitions.
  • Engage the team in life skills programming, community service, and department-wide initiatives.
  • Attend monthly staff meetings and respond to inquiries from within and outside the College.
