Job summary

TekWissen Staffing is seeking a SailPoint Technical Lead/Architect/Developer for on-site work across IL/TX/CA to guide deployment activities and provide technical direction on identity management.

In this client-facing role, you will contribute to strategy, manage project tasks, document requirements, and monitor burn rates. 2–3 years of SailPoint experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in SailPoint deployment or similar IdM projects.
• Ability to guide technical teams and provide hands-on guidance in complex deployments.
• Experience in documenting requirements and coordinating with clients during delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to client IdM strategy and roadmap.
• Lead project management activities including status reporting and progress tracking.
• Document and prioritize requirements for the current phase of work.
• Monitor staffing and expenses; report burn rates regularly.

Job Description

The Technical Lead will be responsible for day-to-day lead for tasks and activities and will be able to provide technical guidance to the team onsite involved with the SailPoint deployment.

The task may include:

• Providing input to client's overall IdM strategy and roadmap
• Project management activities (e.g. status reporting, progress monitoring, meeting attendance)
• Documentation and prioritization of requirements related to this phase of work
• Financial management by regularly reporting staffing and expense actual and projected burn rates
• Will probably be interviewed by client, as this is a client facing role.
