Your Role

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to join our team. This role focuses on developing, customizing, and maintaining SailPoint solutions to meet enterprise-level identity and access management (IAM) needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills, a deep understanding of IAM concepts, and experience with IIQ integration and configuration.

Key Responsibilities

Development and Customization:

• Write and maintain high-quality code for SailPoint based systems, including rules, tasks, and workflows.
• Develop custom connectors and scripts for provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Build and enhance IIQ modules such as access certifications, roles, and policies.

Integration and Deployment:

• Implement integrations between SailPoint and external systems (e.g., HR systems, databases, and cloud platforms).
• Assist in the deployment and migration of SailPoint solutions across environments.
• Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization through APIs and web services.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in developing SailPoint solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Java and working knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python).
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts such as provisioning, role management, and access certifications.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL queries (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).

Preferred:

• SailPoint IdentityIQ certifications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS applications.

Compensation and Benefits

We pay top-of-market compensation. For this role: $100,000 - $130,000 base + profit share + performance bonus
