Job summary

Simeio Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time SailPoint ISC Engineer to manage and resolve Jira tickets, troubleshoot issues in the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, and assist with platform enhancements while working remotely.

You will be responsible for handling SailPoint ISC-related tickets, troubleshooting platform issues, and supporting enhancements, upgrades, and implementations to ensure a secure and efficient identity governance environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Strong troubleshooting and platform support experience.
• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and identity management workflows.
• Familiarity with incident/request management processes using Jira.
• Knowledge of IAM and Identity Governance Administration (IGA) concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve SailPoint-related Jira tickets and support requests.
