Job Description:

Experienced sailboat riggers (2 positions) for stepping and unstepping masts. Responsibilities include moving masts in and out of the storage building, setting up before stepping the mast, and some tuning involved. When unstepping in the fall, masts must be broken down and stored in the building. Repairs to rigging will be done over the winter.
