The YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta is seeking a Site Director to lead the Summer Adventure in Learning (SAIL) program at the branch day camp location. You will oversee academic and enrichment components, ensure compliance with funding requirements, and supervise staff and participants in dynamic outdoor/indoor settings.

• 2+ years of experience working with children in a structured setting.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and database management.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, problem-solve and possess effective time management skills.
• Strong customer service skills and personal commitment to service and hospitality.
• Ability to supervise indoors and outdoors and physically move equipment and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch SAIL program ensuring compliance with funding requirements and delivering academic learning and enrichment activities.
• Provide guidance and leadership for delivery of curriculum and evaluations.
• Maintain facility requirements for the YMCA.
• Supervise staff and participants in varied settings, indoors and outdoors.
