As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team, you work with Sage Intacct Technical Architects, Functional Consultants, clients, engineering teams including developers, testers, and PMO to deliver a quality product and implementation. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining exemplary standards, while enhancing your leadership style to motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are also responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm.

The salary range is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus potential annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
