Job summary

Aktion Associates is seeking a Sage Intacct Data Consultant to lead data migrations and ERP integrations from a remote setting with up to 20% travel within the United States. You will train customers, design system customizations, and collaborate across teams to resolve data challenges and deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Sage Intacct experience, strong SQL skills, and a background in data migrations and ERP projects for construction/real estate sectors.

Qualifications

• Sage Intacct experience is a requirement for this role.
• 3+ years of experience with Sage Intacct and cloud-based financial management systems.
• 3+ years in data migrations, ETL, ERP implementations, or system integrations.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing consulting, implementation, or support role.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio, and tools like Postman, HTML, PHP, .NET, or XSL.
• Experience supporting Construction or Real Estate organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform data migrations, including ETL, validation, reconciliation, data cleanup, and conversion.
• Complete data merges, mass updates, reclassifications, and system-wide changes.
• Train customers on data tools, reporting, integrations, migration, and ongoing data management best practices.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to analyze data challenges and develop solutions.
• Estimate time and budget requirements for migrations, integrations, and data-related projects.
• Design, test, and deploy Sage Intacct customizations, automations, workflows, and integrations.
• Integrate Sage Intacct with CRM, construction management, payroll, and other business systems.
• Support implementation projects, including web services, troubleshooting, data extracts, updates, reclassifications, and document templates.
• Customize Sage Intacct to align with customer processes, reporting needs, and Construction/Real Estate operations.
• Use AI tools to support code generation, debugging, documentation, and client solutions.

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience withSage Intacctand cloud-based financial management systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with data migrations, ETL, ERP implementations, or system integrations.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing consulting, implementation, or support role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio, and tools such as Postman, HTML, SQL, PHP, .NET, or XSL.
• Experience supportingConstruction, Real Estateorganizations is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and interest in evolving ERP-based AI capabilities.
