Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Sage Intacct Consultant to support the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of Sage Intacct for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sage Intacct and a strong understanding of accounting processes, ERP systems, and client-facing consulting work. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support Sage Intacct implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, and user training.
• Provide post-implementation support, system optimizations, and process improvements.
• Work closely with clients to assess business needs and translate them into Sage Intacct solutions.
• Customize dashboards, reports, workflows, and modules based on client specifications.
• Integrate Sage Intacct with other business systems and third-party applications.
• Conduct testing (UAT) and troubleshoot system issues and bugs.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and user guides.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting.
• Stay current with Sage Intacct updates and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Sage Intacct (certification preferred).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with full-cycle ERP implementation or support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
• Proficiency with Excel and data manipulation tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist or Accounting Specialist Certification.
• Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
• Familiarity with project accounting, revenue recognition, or non-profit modules.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
