Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Sage Intacct Consultant to support the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of Sage Intacct for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sage Intacct and a strong understanding of accounting processes, ERP systems, and client-facing consulting work. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support Sage Intacct implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, and user training.
Provide post-implementation support, system optimizations, and process improvements.
Work closely with clients to assess business needs and translate them into Sage Intacct solutions.
Customize dashboards, reports, workflows, and modules based on client specifications.
Integrate Sage Intacct with other business systems and third-party applications.
Conduct testing (UAT) and troubleshoot system issues and bugs.
Develop and maintain project documentation and user guides.
Train end-users and provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting.
Stay current with Sage Intacct updates and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Sage Intacct (certification preferred).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience with full-cycle ERP implementation or support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
Proficiency with Excel and data manipulation tools.

Preferred Skills:

Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist or Accounting Specialist Certification.
Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
Familiarity with project accounting, revenue recognition, or non-profit modules.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
