Job summary

Baker Tilly US, LLP is seeking a Sage Intacct BT360 Manager specializing in the Construction Vertical to join our Madison-area team. You will work directly with clients to deliver software solutions through implementation projects and ongoing support, driving high customer satisfaction and successful adoption.

In this role you will manage projects, coordinate meetings, document requirements, build reports and dashboards, and train end-users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or MIS preferred.
• Deep knowledge of construction industry terminology and processes.
• 3+ years of Sage Intacct consulting/implementation experience.
• End-user or client-facing experience with ERP systems.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements, deliver Sage Intacct implementations on time and within scope.
• Document business requirements and translate into configurable software solutions.
• Design dashboards and KPI reports tailored to construction clients.
• Train customer end-users and ensure successful product adoption.
• Coordinate internal and client project team meetings and provide project updates.
• Communicate effectively with clients, teammates, and leadership.
