Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Sage Intacct BT360 Manager focused on the Construction vertical to deliver software solutions and ongoing support for clients. This role emphasizes high customer satisfaction, cross-functional collaboration, and successful adoption of Sage Intacct within complex construction environments.

You will work directly with clients to implement Sage Intacct, develop dashboards and KPIs, train end-users, and ensure projects stay on scope, on time, and on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred), Business, or MIS.
• Deep knowledge of the construction industry, including terminology.
• Knowledge of construction payroll requirements, preferred.
• At least 3+ years of Sage Intacct Construction consulting/implementation experience.
• Public accounting experience.
• Sage Intacct Certification, and/or Sage Intacct Construction Certification.
• Client-facing implementation experience (preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, concise, and friendly communications delivering high-quality service.
• Manage priorities independently across projects, customers, and internal activities.
• Advocate for clients, team members, and the product.
• Work effectively independently and in a team environment.
• Act as project sponsor on resourced projects, managing resources and providing updates.
• Understand and enforce SOWs and BT360 scope.
• Monitor and respond to customer technical issues and product questions.
• Articulate system functionality clearly in writing and speech.
• Plan and lead internal and client project meetings.
• Configure and implement Sage Intacct per prescriptive methodology.
