Job summary

Brave Services Inc. is seeking a Safety and Training Supervisor to support our electrical and powerline distribution operations. This role blends field safety oversight with employee training, qualification tracking, and safety documentation.

Responsibilities include inspections, new-hire safety orientation, JSAs, training coordination, and maintaining training records. OSHA knowledge, strong communication, and a valid license are required; travel to jobsites is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Ability to work in field environments and travel to company jobsites.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Reinforce safe practices involving electrical hazards, equipment operation, rigging, fall protection, and PPE.
• Assist with incident and near-miss investigations, documentation, and corrective actions.
• Promote hazard reporting and support employees in exercising stop-work authority.
• Communicate training needs and safety concerns to management.

Requirements

Experience conducting employee training and maintaining safety records.

Working knowledge of applicable OSHA requirements.

Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Ability to work in field environments and travel to company jobsites.

Valid driver’s license required.

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

OSHA 30 and current First Aid/CPR credentials preferred.

PEC Safe Land and H2S Clear instructor credentials are a plus but are not required.
