We’re looking for a Safety Training Specialist to build and manage internal safety training programs. This includes onboarding, annual, and supplemental training, as well as supporting acquisitions and general safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring relevant certifications and help reduce outsourced training costs.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and lead internal safety training (onboarding, annual, supplemental).
Deliver in-house certification training (e.g., Manlift, First Aid/CPR, OSHA 10 & 30).
Conduct safety gap analyses and diligence inspections.
Support onboarding for acquisitions.
Handle safety admin tasks (newsletters, safety postings, policy/SOP updates).
Track training compliance and liaise with internal safety teams.
Administer EHS Insight system.
5+ years of experience in safety training or EHS.
Certified to train OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, and Manlift (preferred).
Familiarity with EHS Insight or similar platforms.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
