Job Summary
As the Manager of Safety and Training, you will lead comprehensive safety, security, and training programs across warehouse and ramp operations. Your primary responsibility is ensuring all operations meet or exceed corporate policies, air carrier requirements, customer expectations, and regulatory mandates while maintaining optimal efficiency and security standards.
This role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem-solving, and strategic thinking to reduce risk and continuously improve safety across the organization.
