A leading telecommunications provider is seeking a Safety and Training Manager responsible for ensuring safety compliance and effective training for all personnel. The role requires strong communication skills, a minimum of five years of experience in construction safety, and knowledge of OSHA standards. Qualified candidates will have tower climbing experience and certifications in safety training. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Construction Safety experience required.
• 5 years in the telecommunications tower industry required.
• Tower climbing experience and NWSA TTT I & TTT II preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA directives.
• Conduct on-site safety observations and training sessions.
• Create and distribute safety bulletins and training modules.

Skills
