This position will focus on MSHA-regulated projects and industrial construction operations, ensuring employees and craft professionals receive high-quality training that meets regulatory requirements and prepares them to work safely in dynamic construction environments.
The ideal candidate will possess MSHA Surface Instructor experience and demonstrated success delivering New Miner, Experienced Miner, and Annual Refresher training programs. This individual will partner closely with project teams, safety professionals, and operations leadership to promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across Kiewit's industrial operations.
