We are looking for a Safety Trainer to join our Safety team on our project(s) in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is a full-time, in person position. The Safety Trainer is an embedded resource focused on delivering consistent, high-quality safety training across the project team. This role supports compliance, builds field awareness, and reinforces Holder’s Energy-Based Safety culture through training, field engagement, and coaching. The ideal candidate confidently leads large-group training, supports onboarding and project kickoffs, and engages craft workers in the field—using training to influence behavior and strengthen safety execution on the job.
