You will work with Field Safety Directors to implement initiatives, train crews, and promote a strong safety culture to prevent injuries and improve operations. The role requires at least 3 years in construction or a safety-related field, or a degree/certification in safety, plus excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in construction or related field, or safety degree/certification.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, delegate, and lead.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.
• Ability to foster teamwork and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: Assist Field Safety Directors in executing safety programs that align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Crew Support: Provide hands-on guidance to field teams on safety, health, and training initiatives.
• Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal reporting requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement innovative methods to reduce risk and improve safety performance.
• Culture Building: Promote a proactive safety mindset where employees value and practice safe work habits.
• Collaboration: Work closely with regional supervision and compliance teams to deliver measurable safety improvements.
