Perdue Foods in Accomac, VA is seeking a Safety Supervisor to lead plant safety initiatives during an off shift, partnering with site leadership to promote a culture of safety. You will drive safety training, support new associate ramp-in, and reinforce safe work practices across the facility to improve associate well-being and operational performance.

The position is onsite, with relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or Occupational Health & Safety.
• Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in operational safety in manufacturing.
• Current enrollment in EH&S or safety-related degree program.

Aufgaben

• Provide safety leadership for off-shift or designated operational area.
• Lead training sessions on hazardous communication, safety, ergonomics and JSA.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Participate in safety meetings and audits, documenting findings.
