The Safety Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Moselle, MS, responsible for overseeing and reinforcing workplace safety across poultry processing operations. This position monitors daily plant activities to ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company standards, including conducting regular inspections, audits, and hazard assessments. The Safety Supervisor leads safety training sessions, maintains documentation, investigates incidents and near‑misses, and recommends corrective actions to prevent recurrence. This role collaborates closely with operations, maintenance, and human resources to promote a culture of safety, supports emergency response procedures, and tracks safety performance metrics.
