Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS seeks an EHS Supervisor to help prevent environmental and safety incidents at Dalton, GA sites. You will support on-site EHS management, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain documentation within the environmental safety and health management system.

• Assist in conducting safety committee meetings.
• Coordinate trainings, manage MSDS, improve work environment measurements, and investigate musculoskeletal risks.
• Regularly provide EHS trainings and support to all employees.
• Follow up on workers' compensation claims with employees and insurer.
• Accurately record data and production information.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and policies.
• Maintain and update filing systems and records.
• Provide administrative support including posting updates and signage.
• Comply with federal and local environmental safety and health policies and company procedures.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Classification: Non-exempt

Responsibilities

• Assist in on-site management and systems related to EHS introduction and operation.
• Assist in approval of safety work, pre-operation safety inspection, emergency response training, and internal audit.
• Assist in conducting safety committee meetings
• Trainings (regular, new, and special), MSDS management, improvement of work environment measurement, investigation of harmful effects of musculoskeletal diseases.
• Regularly provide EHS trainings and support to all employees.
• Follow up for workers compensation claims with employees and insurance
• Accurately record data and production information.
• Adhere to the Health & Safety procedures
• Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system
• Provide administrative support, including filing, updating bulletin boards, updating posters, etc.
• Adhere to the federal and local environmental safety and health policies.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS.
• Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management.
