Aerotek in Memphis, TN is seeking a Safety Supervisor to promote a safe work environment on active construction sites and support safety programs through daily inspections and coaching of field teams.

You will monitor OSHA compliance, reinforce procedures, and collaborate with project management to reduce risks across site activities. This contract role emphasizes safety culture and documentation using MS Office and mobile tools.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification is required.

• Observe work practices and use of equipment to ensure adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Assist in documenting safety observations, inspection findings, and corrective measures using Microsoft Office and mobile technology.
• Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote hazards awareness and safe practices.
• Walk jobsites, including climbing ladders and accessing various work areas, to conduct thorough safety checks in different outdoor conditions.
• Help foster a strong safety culture by serving as a visible safety resource for employees and subcontractors.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
