Job summary

Dhpace is seeking a Safety Manager for the Denver office to lead our company safety program across multiple locations with up to 50% travel. You will collaborate with Regional Managers, GMs and the Corporate office to enforce safety protocols and conduct audits.

The role requires facilitating safety meetings and training, and guiding job hazard analyses and incident investigations. The position requires a Bachelor’s in safety or construction management (preferred), 2–4 years in safety, and valid

Safety Manager – Denver, Colorado office.
The role supports the company’s safety program across multiple locations including Denver, Loveland, Colorado Springs, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson, and Seattle. Travel of up to 50% of the time is required. A valid driver’s license and good driving record are mandatory.

Position Overview

• Manage the Company Safety Program with up to 50% travel annually; additional areas may be added to the region.
• Work closely with Regional Managers, General Managers, and Corporate office to ensure all safety protocols are adhered to regionally.
• Work closely with Safety Committees at each location.
• Conduct safety audits.
• Develop and lead safety meetings and training.
• Oversee accident investigations and perform jobsite inspections.
• Provide job hazard analysis for specific procedures and monitor safety performance.
• Support operational processes and procedures and implement new policies and procedures as needed.
• Report directly to the Corporate Safety Director based in Olathe, KS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or construction management, with emphasis in safety (highly preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in safety.
• Experience with FMCSA regulations.
• Experience with DOT and OSHA regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Experience training and developing field employees.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $83,206 – $128,970 USD.
