Job summary

One Way Safety is hiring a Safety Supervisor for IL, WI, and IN to lead safety programs and field operations. You will conduct inspections, develop policies, train staff, and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in safety supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and relevant certifications such as CHST or Safety Management training. This role offers growth in a collaborative environment with a trusted industry leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of safety supervision experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations including OSHA 30.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• CHST or related safety certifications preferred.
• References required.

Requirements:
